Roxanne earrings

Saturday, July 10, 2010

These earrings are huge! And the name Roxanne is simply because it was all the time humming in my head while crafting this unique pair of silver earrings. I know for some people the name needs to have a deep meaning, even spiritual in nature, but for me, this was it. And I think it fits nicely. A cheerful Roxanne, dancing in the disco with her huge flashy earrings...

Large Swarovski gorgeous red crystals surrounding a herringbone weave dangling from the center of the sterling silver frame.

Really nice set of earrings, I am currently helping my mother as she learns the basics. It is certainly and addictive hobby.

I wonder do you ever experiment with making the actual beads from the resin? I have looked into it but get too scared when I see the products warning labels!

Love the use of the color red in the delicately crafted earring. With a fusion ed look between ethnic and modern I think it is a beautiful piece.

    Hi Marika,

Your handcrafted jewellery is very creative.. I was reading your blog www.jewelsofcyprus and that is how I ended up on your jewellery site.. great info. on your jewels of cyprus site..

I know this has nothing to do with handmade jewellery but do you prefer to build sites with XsitePro or WordPress?

By the way I do make hand crafted unique motorcycles from recycled VCR , Computer parts.. it is creative too.. I can use some of your wire forming techniques to make my bikes.. take a look...

    Best regards

Hey David, I use Xsitepro for my niche sites, I don't use Wordpress too much any longer for developing them.
